The goal of a home is a personal space that can feel cozy, warm, and comfortable, yet has the perfect amount of storage space. The beauty of a home is that it can be a perfect place to create memories of your past, or use as something that will be permanent to share with your loved ones.
San Francisco, in particular, has a wealth of architectural styles which can be used in a home. The Mission, for example, is a classic example of the Mission Revival design, with a combination of the Mission style and the Italian Renaissance to create a unique home that feels like a home.

The average buyer in San Francisco is not the same as the average buyer in Los Angeles. The average buyer in Los Angeles is going to make less than average in their first year of buying a home. And in San Francisco, the average person is usually in debt. So the average person in San Francisco is going to make more than average on their first year.
This is the thing that I’ve learned the most about myself is that I don’t know. You just have to find out. I think this is because everyone is unique in their own way, and no one is like you and me.
Ive learned that being a landlord or a home owner is a lot like being a doctor or a professor. It is so hard to be a good person, and most of the time, the people who are good at it get to be the ones in control. They end up being the ones who are in control, not the other way around.
